Laptops for the
new starters.
A little structure.
A lot more clarity.
Everyone has a part.
Give them the right access.
One shared workspace, with clear responsibilities for the people who request, approve, and buy.
A second pair of eyes.
A decision on record.
Requests go to a named approver. No self-approvals. No wondering who gave the go-ahead.
Ordered isn’t the finish line.
Record what arrived. See what’s still outstanding. Close the loop when the last item lands.
01What can my team do with Procure?
Your team can submit itemized purchase requests, route them to a named approver, turn approved requests into purchase orders, and record full or partial deliveries. Each step stays connected to the purchase.
02Who can approve a purchase?
The active approver or administrator assigned to a request can approve or reject it. People cannot approve their own requests, so every purchase gets a second pair of eyes.
03Does every employee need the same access?
No. Administrators manage the workspace and invite people as employees, approvers, or procurement staff. Everyone can follow company purchases; their role determines which actions they can take.
04What happens when only part of an order arrives?
Record just the items that arrived. The order stays partially received, with the remaining quantities visible until you record the final delivery.
05Is Procure free to get started?
Yes. This version has free signup, with no subscription billing or credit card required.
